Umana is a technique that uses certain meridians within the body to activate the Chakras above the physical body for growth, change and empowerment.

Umana means Evolutionary Breakthrough – as it helps us to live our best life with more ease and manifesting our consciousness and actions with right consciousness with greater clarity and grace.
Umana Technique permanently reconnects and fully activates the higher chakras, 8 to 12. These higher chakras were once much closer to the etheric body.
As we become more light filled as Soul Beings we are anchoring all our Light on the Earth. When we expand our Light to fully reconnect the higher chakras we become much more aware of who we are and active in our purpose here.
The key to this is that as we ascend, we descend onto Earth! Meaning we are manifesting our full Light and purpose here on Earth.!
A session of Umana Technique can be done distantly and as an in person session. Sessions are usually 60 minutes and feel utterly delightful, deep, expansive and relaxing too.
A Umana session can also be given with focus upon a home, business or finances. This works distantly through activating the person’s awareness and expansive perception of their home, business, career or finances.
It takes around two weeks to fully integrate one session of Umana Technique and you will notice subtle shifts in your awareness and the actions you take in your daily life.

Many people experience Umana via distance sessions in the comfort of their own home. An hour at least is needed to relax and fully experience the session. You may listen to ambient music and have low lighting (unlike Pellowah).
